Installing it yourself
One Mac, your own
A disk image. Open it and drag Meetings Desktop to your Applications folder. This is the one to choose if you are setting up the Mac in front of you.
MeetingsDesktop-0.2.0.dmg · 3.8 MB
Records your Teams, Zoom, Webex and Meet calls from the macOS menu bar and uploads them to your organisation’s AgenticOS instance. It starts on its own when a Teams, Zoom, Webex or Slack call opens the microphone, and one menu item turns that off.
Two builds of the same app, version 0.2.0. Pick by how you are installing it.

Meetings Desktop runs from the menu bar at the top of the screen. It has no Dock icon and no main window.
macOS asks for both permissions on first launch. Both are required: the microphone captures your voice, system audio recording captures everyone else. If either one is denied, the recording will be silent.
Recordings upload to your organisation’s AgenticOS instance once you are signed in.
Once you are signed in, Meetings Desktop starts recording about three seconds after Teams, Zoom, Webex or a Slack huddle opens the microphone, and stops about twenty seconds after the last of them lets go. It is on by default. To turn it off, open the menu and switch off Record Meetings Automatically; recordings then start only when you choose Start Recording yourself.
Google Meet runs in a browser rather than in an app of its own, so it is not detected and does not start a recording. Record a Meet call by choosing Start Recording in the menu.
